Gen.15:5-6. 5 Then God brought Abram outside beneath the nighttime sky and told him, "Look up into the heavens and count the stars if you can. Your descendants will be like that--too many to count!" 6 And Abram believed God; then God considered him righteous on account of his faith. While God told Abram to count the stars, in Vs.5 , Abram did not actually count the star literally, but that was God bringing to him, on recount of the story of the redemption plan, for him "Abram to believe so to be righteous.
